Scott Duncan

AIA, LEED®, Design Director

Scott Duncan, AIA, joined the New York office of SOM in 1998 and was appointed Design Director in 2009. Together with Design Partner Roger Duffy, he has developed a body of work that has been recognized by The American Institute of Architects, The Municipal Arts Society of New York City, and The Chicago Athenaeum. Mr. Duncan's work has been published in A+U, Architectural Record, Casabella, Forbes Publications, Metropolis, The New York Times, The Phaidon Atlas of World Architecture and the SOM Journal, an annual publication featuring selections of the firm’s best work as chosen by an external panel of experts. His work at SOM was also exhibited at The Chicago Athenaeum, The Skyscraper Museum, and the 2002 Venice Biennale.

Mr. Duncan serves on the Advisory Board for the SOM Foundation Travel Fellowship.
