Called “the most fashionable place in Manila,” Rockwell Center followed SOM’s Master Plan for the site to create a stylish, 10.8-million square-foot, mixed-use development in the Makati Central Business District. Rockwell Center combines some of the country's tallest towers with lushly landscaped grounds and a lowrise, residential and commercial component that gives the project added dimensionality, a human scale, and a local, tropical feel.
