SOM was asked to create a sophisticated new look, a viable economic and spatial model, and a practical building program to transform The Peaks Resort & Spa. The SOM Master Plan detailed a new program to recreate what would be one of the Rocky Mountain’s most celebrated, sustainable, and economically successful resort hotel/condominiums.
