This 200-meter tower marks the financial center of the Ningbo Eastern New City and creates a series of green spaces and pedestrian paths designed to enliven the street and strengthen connections to the surrounding city. The entire eastern half of the site is devoted to public use, including direct banking, retail space, and landscaped pathways.

Triangular in shape with rounded corners, the tower rotates as it rises. The twisting shape opens up prominent views and creates a signature form for Ningbo’s skyline. It also serves as a dynamic metaphor for the world of finance, where forward-looking banks lead the industry.
