The Leamouth Peninsula project will transform a brown-field site into a thriving, fine-grained, arts-inspired riverside community. Leamouth will include 3,000 homes, stores, shops, restaurants, cafés, and an arts facility. New public spaces will include landscaped plazas, cultural venues, communal gardens, and a continuous promenade along the Peninsula perimeter. The project will provide a crucial link between a group of isolated and under-served Docklands neighborhoods.
