Laura Ettelman’s management approach is to maximize the integration of the architectural design and technical development with the engineering requirements of the project to meet the client’s goals.
With 25 years of experience, Ms. Ettelman is an expert at leading large multidisciplinary teams providing full architectural and engineering services from planning and design through construction administration. Her unique ability to manage large, technically complex projects with critical construction, phasing and operational requirements while fostering a high level of team work coupled with effective communications skills are ideal for many institutional as well as international projects.
Ms. Ettelman has experience planning various facility types including aviation projects, healthcare and education facilities. Her technical and construction experience, working in every aspect of overall project delivery including cost and schedule management, enable Ms. Ettelman to work with the client and design team to achieve project goals and vision. As a Project Manager Ms. Ettelman uses her diverse knowledge and experience to guide the architectural, engineering and client teams to work together to deliver highly successful projects.
