The Master Plan for computer game publisher Electronic Arts’ corporate headquarters campus, located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, focused on density, connectivity, and walkability. The plan was so successful that the company decided it only required two of its three originally-purchased parcels, and was able to sell the surplus land for the price it initially paid for the entire site.
