SOM collaborated to create a new investor center prototype that would serve as a model for a national rollout. Through an integrated design approach to interior architecture, graphics, fixtures, furniture, and technology, the design embodies the new Charles Schwab. Every element—from the curb to the meeting with the investor specialist—reinforces the company's customer focus.
