The Master Plan seeks to redefine the boulevard along the site’s north edge by altering the perception of vehicular traffic and introducing a pedestrian oriented streetscape. The development will become a vibrant destination; a new precinct that folds multiple uses and trajectories of movement through the heart of Doha. The design aims to strengthen existing civic, cultural, and retail venues, connect the park to the boulevard, and generate a clear identity for the development.
